We will direct competitors to park in spaces with at least 2 metres between the edge of pitches to ensure everyone has enough space to walk around their pitch without coming into contact with others.
We have provided portable toilets which must be cleaned with spray sanitiser before and after every use and will be checked and cleaned regularly by the Tri Dog Team.
We are politely requesting that competitors do not gather in large groups as some members of the public may still be uneasy about seeing an organised event so they will require your understanding.
Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the race HQ area – please use it regularly

There will be a traditional race briefing before the races begin, and we will be posting a video briefing Friday afternoon on our Facebook page which we competitors may watch.
Registration:
We will be asking people to maintain social distancing when collecting their bibs and bags. We are asking people not to come to the start area any sooner than 10 minutes prior to the start of their race.
We have 1 minute time slots to give people space at the start and on the course.

We will have a sanitising station at the entry of all transition areas for competitors to use to keep high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in these areas where competitors may have to touch metal bike racks and stake out lines to attach to dogs.
Marshals in the transition areas can direct you through the transition area.
The Finish:
We will have one person at the finish to record your finish and completion medals will be available to collect from a sanitising station at the finish, we may not be handing medals to people as in previous years to avoid the risk of contamination.
